Your Role & What You Need
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Manager at Take Off Travel. The Travel Manager will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. This role is primarily located in Cape Town or Johannesburg, and allows for work from home flexibility.
- Experience in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements – must have at least two years travel agency retail experience
- At least two years Amadeus GDS Experience
- Sales skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the travel industry is essential
- Communication and Customer Service skills
